A Splash Of Red

The original reference I worked from was a photo taken at Kommetjie Beach by a surfer friend. I enjoyed the round format for this reference and are in process of painting more of a similar nature. This painting is recent and did not have a title and when i saw the title for the competition it made so much sense to use that.
