The roses blush as their petals catch the sunlight. A butterfly pauses, its wings flashing in delicate patterns, and I follow its gentle path as it drifts from flower to flower. The faint scent of the roses mingles with the cool air and somewhere in the distance, a bird calls, its song weaving into the quiet. I watch as the butterfly hovers over a single bloom, suspended in a pool of light without borders and for a moment the world feels perfectly balanced, every sound and scent and colour resting in harmony.
