Singing Into The Mystery…

This is one of my artworks inspired by a sketch done from life during a Sunday church service.

The power of art to translate messages of encouragement inspires me. The feeling to capture this moment of connection and passion led me to send this to the singer. The mystery felt was her digging in deep to decide to leave the familiar and extend her terrain to go overseas to sing. She continues to blossom there today.

The majority of this artwork is done in watercolour and includes pen and ink for expression.
